A: Simply browse our products, add your favorite items to the cart, and complete checkout by providing your details and preferred payment method.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept debit/credit cards, mobile banking (bKash, Nagad, Rocket), and Cash on Delivery (where available).

Q: Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
A: Orders can only be modified or canceled within 2 hours of placement. After that, they may already be processed for shipment.

A: Orders within Australia are typically delivered within 2–5 business days, depending on your location.

Q: Do you offer international shipping?
A: Currently, we deliver only within Australia — but we’re expanding soon!

Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email or SMS with a tracking number and courier details.


3. Returns & Refunds

Q: What is your return policy?
A: Due to hygiene reasons, opened or used menstrual care products cannot be returned. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 3 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.

Q: How do I request a return or refund?
A: Email us at Info.lunadays@gmail.com with your order number, product photo, and issue details. Our support team will guide you through the process.

Q: How long does it take to receive a refund?
A: Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after product verification.

A: No, you can checkout as a guest. But creating an account helps you track orders and save shipping details for future purchases.
