including our monthly subscription boxes containing period care products and treats

(“Products” or “Boxes”).

Orders and deliveries are accepted only within this service area. If your address falls

outside, we may contact you to arrange an alternative or issue a refund.

• Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier schedules, and public

circumstances beyond our control.

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for opened or used

period care products.

If your box arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, contact info.lunadays@gmail.com

within 7 days of receiving your order.

Refunds or replacements are handled on a case-by-case basis.

We carefully select and package products from trusted brands; however, you are

responsible for checking all packaging and ingredient labels before use.
